I've had my PC for about 7 years, and it recently started blue screening for the first time. Every time I try to boot it up, I get a blue screen that goes into startup repair, but then it fails, leaving me stuck on the recovery screen. I've gone through all the troubleshooting options available, but I can't reset my PC or even use a system restore point because I'm out of space. I also can't run commands like cleanmgr or PowerShell to free up space. I have a USB with Windows on it, but even that isn't allowing me to delete files and rebuild Windows. I'm currently stuck on this blue screen with only the command prompt to work with, trying to find a way to free up space for the restore point. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

To tackle the blue screen issue, you need to get access to those crash logs, known as dump files. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a sharing site like Catbox or Mediafire. More dump files lead to better analysis, so if you only have one, just upload what you've got and then follow a guide online to set up Small Memory Dumps. This will help in diagnosing your blue screen problems more effectively.
It sounds like your PC is struggling after 7 years! Since both Windows boot and repair are failing and you're out of storage, I recommend backing up your important files to an external drive if possible and then doing a clean install of Windows. Sticking in the recovery loop can just waste more of your time.
