I'm having a big issue with my PC. It keeps blue screening and now it won't boot into Windows at all; it just stays stuck in the BIOS no matter how many times I restart. I've tried changing the BIOS settings but nothing seems to work. I was using debug tools earlier when it blue screened, and now I'm completely trapped in the BIOS. I even reset the BIOS, but that didn't help either. What can I do to fix this?

It sounds like something may have gone wrong with your disk or boot settings. If you can, try posting a screenshot or photo of your BIOS—the more details, the better. But just throwing it out there, if your PC can't find the disk to boot from, your hard drive might have failed. It's just a guess, though, without more info.
Why not record a video of your BIOS screen? Upload it to a site like catbox.moe and share the link here. It could give us a clearer picture of what's happening when you try to boot.
I'm going through a similar headache with my all-in-one desktop. I had a bunch of malware that made everything malfunction. They suggested I reinstall Windows, but I'm still figuring out what that even means. It could be different for you, but trying a clean reinstall might be a good direction.
I hear you on that! I need to reinstall Windows too, but I don't have a USB to do it right now, so I'm kind of in a tough spot. If you get a USB, that's definitely a step in the right direction.
You should try to get some dump files if possible; they're crucial for understanding BSOD issues. If you can boot into Windows—maybe through Safe Mode—check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for any crash logs. If you find some, zip them and upload them to a file-sharing site. If you only have one or no dump files, it would still help to share whatever you have.
