I've been having a major issue with my PC lately. It was working perfectly just a couple of days ago, but now it crashes every time I start it up. I can't perform a factory reset, open it in safe mode, or fix it through the command prompt, and I have no way to reinstall Windows. Is there anything I can try to get it working again?

One thing you could try is clearing the CMOS battery. Just unplug your computer, remove the battery, and let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes. Then put it back in and power it on again. It might just do the trick!
I've faced a similar situation before. If clearing the CMOS doesn't work, try powering your PC off and on three times to see if you can get into Windows Recovery Mode. It's another option worth a shot!
I've dealt with a weird BIOS issue in the past. Sometimes, simply switching back and forth between BIOS profiles can help. If you have a motherboard that supports dual BIOS, it might be worth toggling through them to see if one works better than the other. Just keep switching between them until it boots up again.
