I've been dealing with my laptop crashing at least five times a day for almost a month now. It's driving me crazy! I've checked all my files and installed all updates, but something's still off. I honestly have no clue what could be causing it, and I'm on the verge of tossing it out the window. Any tips or advice before I consider resetting my whole PC?

If it just goes black and then says your PC ran into a problem, it sounds like a serious issue. You might consider running a full diagnostic test on your hardware to see if there’s a failing component.
Have you noticed any crash codes? Crashing can result from a ton of different issues. A program called 'BlueScreenView' can help you track all past crashes, showing you codes and which software or driver caused them. If you're comfortable sharing, that info could really help diagnose the problem.
Does your screen go blue before it crashes, or does it just shut down or reboot? Knowing this could help narrow it down.
