I built my PC about a year ago, and it crashes frequently during gaming sessions, usually giving me only 20 minutes to an hour of playtime before going down. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Asus ROG STRIX B650E-F, G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000, and an ASUS TUF Gaming Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition, powered by a PCCOOLER 1000W Fully Modular Power Supply. I've tried several fixes, including replacing the power supply, reinstalling Windows, updating the BIOS, swapping memory sticks, setting all case fans to max speed to check for overheating, and toggling DOCP in the BIOS. I'm really at a loss and want to identify the problem before investing in new hardware.

Have you checked your Event Viewer? You can bring it up by pressing Windows key + R, typing in 'eventvwr', then looking under Windows Logs and selecting System. See if there's anything logged around the times your system crashes. It might give you a clue about what's going wrong!
It might be worth keeping an eye on your temps during gameplay. Try using MSI Afterburner to display real-time CPU and GPU temperatures. If you find your CPU is getting too hot, that could definitely be causing the crashes. Just a heads up, my GPU hotspot temp hangs around 80°C, so it's good to compare.
