I'm having an issue on my PC where it restarts with the Stop Code: DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE(0x9F) while I'm playing Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Before the restart, I notice that my mouse stops working. Has anyone experienced this, and can you help me troubleshoot?

It sounds like your PC might be struggling under load. Does this crash happen immediately when you start the game, or after playing for a while? If it’s after some time, how long does it usually take? Also, what hardware are you rocking—especially your GPU, CPU, and power supply? You might want to run a stress test to see if your PC crashes with heavy usage outside of gaming too. Furthermore, since you mentioned the mouse disconnects before the crash, it could be worth trying a different mouse or checking for any USB devices causing a freeze. Firmware updates could also help, so keep that in mind!

After about 2 minutes, the mouse disconnects, and then it crashes. This happens every time. My specs are Lenovo LOQ with AMD Ryzen 5 7235HS and an NVIDIA RTX 3050A 4GB. Oh, and I'm running the game from an external hard drive.
