I've been having persistent issues with my PC performance. Initially, I thought it was related to the 12VPWHR cable of my 5070 GPU, but after reseating it, my power went out, which raised concerns about potential damage. After a lot of troubleshooting, I bought a new PSU with different cables and a new power strip, but the problem persists; my PC randomly slows down. Sometimes, the Task Manager shows 100% GPU usage with no clear source. Additionally, my PC has crashed twice this past week during heavy loads, without any BSOD. I believe I've noticed that the Resource Monitor indicates 100% physical memory usage, despite showing 10GB available. Task Manager also shows around 85% memory usage, and my virtual memory load is at 96%. Could my RAM be an issue? I can share more details in the comments if needed!

Since you've changed the PSU, it might be time to look at the configuration. Have you set up the RAM properly, especially if you have EXPO profiles available? Sometimes, incorrect timings can cause these kinds of issues.

I haven't set the EXPO profile yet since I had issues before. Can I just enable it in BIOS?
