Help! My PC Shows No Signal After Restarting

I need some help diagnosing an issue with my desktop. After my PC froze and became unresponsive, I restarted it. Now, my monitor shows no signal. I've already tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps: resetting my RAM, removing the GPU, and even swapping out the HDD (I don't have an SSD). I also started it with no RAM or GPU installed and cleaned out the dust. The fans are running, the mouse lights up, but my keyboard isn't working. I changed the power supply, but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?

Just curious, how are your keyboard and mouse connected? Make sure they're plugged directly into the motherboard.

First things first, is it a desktop or a laptop? You might want to try removing the keyboard completely; if there's a short inside it, that could be causing issues.

I had a similar problem before, and after a lot of RAM resets and cleaning, it randomly started working again. It might just take some trial and error!

It sounds like it might be a problem with your RAM slot or something more serious with the PSU. If you're hearing unusual sounds or smells from the PSU, it could be affecting your motherboard too. You might want to consider replacing the motherboard.
