Help! My PC Shuts Down at Startup with No Video Output

I'm dealing with an issue where my PC suddenly shuts down during startup. It powers on, but there's absolutely no video output. Typically, when I start it, the front light (which is usually blinking) stays solid red instead. Normally, the power sequence involves the light blinking, shutting down, then powering up again, eventually leading to the boot process. I've already taken out the RAM, SSD, and graphics card, plus I removed the CMOS battery for 5 minutes and replaced it, but none of that worked. The light remains solid, and I still have no video. I'm considering taking it to a technician, but thought I'd reach out here first to see if anyone knows of an easy fix that could save me a trip and some cash. I have a hunch it might be the motherboard or power supply, but I don't have any strong evidence to back that up.

Have you thought about replacing the CMOS battery with a new one? Sometimes, a dead or weak battery can cause issues like this. It's a cheap fix and might be worth trying!

I didn't try that yet because I thought it wasn't the issue. The tricky part is I don't even have a spare CMOS battery to test.
