Help! My PC Turns On But Doesn’t Output Anything

I recently started house sitting for someone and took my PC along with me. Before plugging it in, I gave the inside a quick wipe down. I pulled out one of the RAM sticks to check what I had because I was considering an upgrade, and I also unplugged my GPU to clean the cord. Now, when I turn on the PC, the fans spin, and the lights come on, but I can't get any output at all. My keyboard isn't lighting up, and there's no video signal. I feel like I might have broken something! I've tried unplugging and replugging everything, and while the fans are working, I still can't find the problem.

It sounds like there might not be power going to components other than the fans. Have you checked if any cables are accidentally unplugged? It's also worth seeing if you're getting any beep codes when powering it up, as that could help narrow down the issue.

No beeping sounds when I power it on. I think all the cables are connected, but I’ll double-check just to be sure. The GPU's fans and RGB lights are on, so that’s something, right?
