Help! My PC Won’t Boot After a Power Outage

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of trouble with my PC. After a power outage at my house, it completely stopped booting up—no lights, fans, or any signs of life. I found that my SSD was slightly dislodged when I took the PC apart to investigate. Here's what I've already tried:

1. Unplugging and reconnecting every cable on the motherboard.
2. Testing the power supply unit (PSU) with a multimeter, which showed it was fine.
3. Jumping the motherboard with a screwdriver.
4. Replacing the motherboard.
5. Replacing the PSU.
6. Replacing the CPU.
7. Switching out the CMOS battery.
8. Testing with one or both RAM sticks removed.
9. Booting without the SSD connected.
10. Booting without the GPU.
11. Trying different power outlets.

I'm at my wit's end since I've replaced almost everything and it still won't respond. Any ideas on what else I can try? Here are my specs:
- AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 4.7 GHz 6-Core Processor
- TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB DDR5 RAM
- Lian Li LANCOOL 216 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case

It sounds like you've done a lot already! One thing you might want to try is removing the motherboard from the case entirely. Just set it on a piece of cardboard and connect only the essentials: the CPU with cooler, one stick of RAM, no GPU, and no drives. Then, short the power pins directly on the motherboard. Sometimes the case can cause grounding issues.

I actually tried that, but I still got no power. I'm planning to test it again with another PSU I have.
