Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Upgrading Components

I recently upgraded my gaming PC components, and now I can't boot into Windows. Before the upgrade, I had a Ryzen 3 3200G setup, but I've now switched to a Ryzen 5 5600 with an MSI B550m Pro-Vdh WiFi motherboard and an Asus Dual RX 9060XT graphics card. I also have a 1TB WD Blue NVMe SSD and a 256GB Silicon Power SATA SSD, which contains my original Windows installation.

After the upgrade, my system gets stuck in a boot loop when I try to use the SATA SSD. It shows 'Preparing Automatic Repair' before restarting. However, I can access the BIOS without any issues. I'm trying to boot from a USB with the Windows installer, but it's been a struggle. When I power up with the SATA SSD unplugged and only one RAM stick installed, I set the USB as Boot Option 1.

Sometimes I manage to get to the Windows installer, but the screen goes black or I just get a blue screen before my PC shuts down unexpectedly. I've tried numerous solutions, like resetting the CMOS, using Rufus to write Windows to my NVMe drive, and tweaking different BIOS settings. Nothing seems to work, and I'm feeling really stuck!

It sounds like you're dealing with some tricky boot issues. First, double-check your BIOS settings—make sure UEFI is enabled since that's what your new setup should use. Also, ensure that the boot order prioritizes the drive where Windows is installed. If you're still boot looping with the SATA SSD, unplug it and see if you can boot from the NVMe drive directly. That may get around any issues with the old install.

I tried booting from the NVMe, but still facing problems. I can get to the installer but then it just restarts.
