Help! My PC Won’t Boot into Windows After a Blue Screen

I've been having some serious issues with my PC. It randomly blue screened yesterday while I wasn't using it—no games or programs running, and no new installations or drivers that I'm aware of. After the blue screen, I restarted, but it told me to "reboot and select proper boot device." I went into the BIOS to reset the boot order, and managed to get past the login screen, but it blue screened again when I tried to open a Notepad file. Now, I can't get past the login screen—it just shows an orange screen and the clock isn't even working right. I thought it might be the hard disk, so I tried a different one, but the same problem persists. I've even changed the motherboard battery, but nothing has helped. Does anyone know what's going on?

First things first, if you can boot into Windows or even Safe Mode, it would be really helpful to check for any crash logs, known as dump files. You can usually find them in C:WindowsMinidump. If you see any, zip them up and share them on a file hosting site. This will help people figure out what's causing the blue screen! If you don't have zip software, right-click on the folder and select 'Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder'. If you're stuck getting to the desktop, that might complicate things a bit, but let's see if we can get some dump files first!

I can't get to the desktop at all; it's just the orange screen!
