I'm having a tough time with my PC. I tried reinstalling Windows but ended up overlapping the previous installation and forcing the latest update. Now, I'm facing blue screen errors, and I can't perform a factory reset to fix things. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this?

First, we need dump files for a better analysis of those blue screens. If you're able to boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump directory for any crash logs. If you find them, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site. If you don’t have any dump files or just one, follow a guide on configuring Windows to create small memory dumps, which don't overwrite.
You should create a Windows boot USB drive. That way, you can wipe the hard drive clean and do a fresh install of Windows. If you keep having issues after that, it's likely your hard drive is corrupt.
Reboot your PC and go into the BIOS setup. Make sure to change your boot order to boot from the USB first. Insert your flash drive containing the latest Windows installation files, clean the hard drive, and perform a clean install.
If all else fails, maybe consider switching to a Mac? Just a thought!
The easiest way forward is to download Windows directly from Microsoft's site, put it on a flash drive, and do a clean reinstall from there.
