I'm facing a frustrating issue where my PC won't power up properly. The fans spin, but it used to give me a long beep followed by two short ones, indicating a RAM problem on my ASUS Prime B550M WiFi II motherboard. I've tried changing the RAM stick positions and swapping the primary with the secondary slot (I have two 16GB Ripjaws sticks), but now it doesn't beep at all. I even removed and reseated my NVIDIA 3060 RTX graphics card, but that didn't help either. After posting, my PC did start up briefly, but I'm back to the original RAM error. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You should try booting your PC with just one stick of RAM first to see if that helps. If it doesn't, consider updating the BIOS via USB flashback. Older BIOS versions can lead to memory compatibility issues. Good luck!
What does USB flashback mean, and what's this about? I know gaming, but I'm not super tech-savvy. Thanks!
Edit: I actually got it to work by removing one RAM stick! Should I buy a new set since I'm now limited to 16GB?
