Help! My PS4 and PSVR Got Soaked in Cat Pee—What Can I Do?

I recently discovered that my PS4 and PSVR, which I stored at my sister's place, got soaked in cat pee. It's pretty bad, and I don't want to just throw them away because I have a lot of great memories with them. Does anyone have tips on how to deep clean them and get rid of the awful smell? Everything from the headset to the controllers to the box smells terrible, and I'm unsure whether cleaning is even worth it.

If it's been sitting for 5-6 months, be careful. Cat pee can really damage electronics. From my experience with repairs, I usually end up scrapping stuff that’s been affected. But if you want to try cleaning, take everything apart, wash with soapy water, rinse it with RO water, and then give it an alcohol dip. Make sure everything is dried properly before putting it back together.

Thanks for the advice! I figured time was a factor, but I’m determined to try cleaning it and see how it goes.
