I'm having trouble connecting my PS5 to my Samsung TV via HDMI. When I plug in the HDMI cable, the TV shows a message saying 'CHECK DEVICE POWER,' but nothing shows up on the screen. I've tried changing the HDMI cable and checking the ports, which look fine. This issue just started today, but it was working perfectly fine yesterday. Can anyone help me figure out what's going wrong and how to fix it?

First, make sure that you've selected the correct input source on your TV. You can usually do this by pressing the 'Source' button on your remote. Just toggle through the options until you get to the HDMI port where the PS5 is connected.
Did this issue pop up out of nowhere? If it was working fine before, it might be worth unplugging everything again and plugging it back in, in the right order. Sometimes a reset helps it to recognize the device properly.
Yeah, I unplugged everything last night, and it worked fine, but now it's giving me this problem.
If you've changed ports and still nothing happened, it might help to look for any firmware updates for your TV or the PS5. Sometimes compatibility issues can crop up after a system update.

What do you mean by 'source'? Is that the same as the HDMI connection?
