I recently built a new PC and the RTX 3050 isn't functioning at all. The LEDs on the card aren't lighting up, the fans aren't spinning (although I guess that's typical if the temps are low), and there's no display output. It's frustrating because the card doesn't appear in the device manager either, and when I try to install the Nvidia drivers, it says it can't find any Nvidia GPU. Interestingly, when I unplug the card, a red light indicates that it needs a connection, so I assume there's some connection to the motherboard. The card works fine on my old PC, so I don't think it's damaged. I have an 850-watt PSU, so power shouldn't be an issue. I'm feeling like I might be overlooking something simple, but I'm really puzzled. Any suggestions? If you need more details, feel free to ask!

How are you able to access the device manager if the GPU isn't giving you a signal?
It sounds like the PCIe slot on your motherboard may be damaged. I’d recommend reaching out to the retailer for a replacement. It can be a hassle, but better safe than sorry!
Yeah, that's definitely a possibility. I’m just hoping for an easy fix, but I might end up doing that.
I’m using the integrated graphics from my CPU to access everything.
