Hey everyone, I've just got a second monitor and I'm trying to get it connected, but it's not showing up when I plug it in. I've tried using both the DisplayPort and a separate HDMI port, but nothing seems to work. Just to clarify: 1. My main monitor is connected via an HDMI port and is working perfectly. 2. I've plugged in the DisplayPort using a dongle but no luck. 3. I also tried the second HDMI port. Regardless of where I plug in the second monitor, it's not detected. I did check that the HDMI works because when I swap the cables, it detects fine. I've updated my graphics drivers, restarted my computer, and searched for solutions here without any luck. Any ideas?

Have you checked if the monitor is actually working? Sometimes, the input settings can be a bit tricky. Make sure the monitor's setting matches the cable you're using. If possible, test it out with another device to see if it gets detected there.
I had a similar issue! When I first connected my new monitor, it worked fine on its own, but then wouldn't recognize my main monitor when I plugged it in as well. Just make sure you’re on the correct input on both monitors every time you try!
