Help! My SSD is Acting Up, Any Ideas?

I've been dealing with this SSD issue since I bought it in April. My PC shows 100% disk usage when I'm playing Warzone and other games, and it stays at 100% even after I close the game. Restarting the PC helps temporarily, and formatting brings it back to normal for a while, but then it goes back to 100% after about a week, leading to system freezes. I ran a reading test which showed a lot of gray blocks, but other health checks suggest it's in good shape and the temperature is fine at around 30 degrees, even during heavy gaming. Could this really be a faulty SSD?

First thing, make sure to back up all your important files, just in case. You've mentioned high disk usage after closing games, which can happen when your system is clearing pagefile memory — that's when your SSD or HDD acts like temporary RAM. I recommend using CrystalDiskInfo for health checks; it gives a clear picture of your drive's condition. Sometimes, with lower RAM configurations, you might notice high disk usage. You said you're using 16GB, which should be enough, but maybe check out if there's any background process hogging your disk too.

I have used CrystalDiskInfo too, and it showed 95% health. Do you think the SSD is failing, or could it be related to my RAM? I'm puzzled since friends with similar setups don’t have this issue.
