I've been using a Tecknet keyboard, but it suddenly stopped working. The RGB lights are still on, which makes me think it's getting power. I've tried a bunch of different methods to fix it, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Can you give us more details about the methods you've tried? Saying you unplugged it and restarted is a good start, but knowing specific key combinations or anything you did with the device manager would help us a lot!
Is your keyboard wired or wireless? That could change how we approach this issue. If it’s wired, let’s check the USB connection. If it's wireless, have you tried replacing the batteries?
