I'm currently using Ubuntu 20.04 and I'm running into a frustrating issue. My terminal keeps displaying '^^^^^^^^^^' repeatedly, which is really annoying. Additionally, when I try to use my browser, it only scrolls down to the bottom of the page and won't let me scroll up. What could be causing these problems? I'm in need of some help!
