Help! My WiFi is Spotty with High Ping Issues

I've been struggling with my WiFi connection lately. For the past few weeks, my signal has been at just one bar, and it's really starting to affect my online gaming. My ping sometimes spikes to thousands, and I've been getting frequent disconnections. I recently switched to a TP-Link Archer T2U Plus because my old one was having USB connection issues. I've tried updating the drivers, but the ones from the TP-Link website didn't seem to help much as they're outdated and fail to save my connections.

I'm also wondering if not upgrading to Windows 11 could be playing a role in this problem, since I've been using Windows 10 for a long time without issues. I've thought about getting a dedicated WiFi card, but I'd prefer to solve this without that if possible.

To find out your motherboard model, you can open your PC case and look for the model number printed on the motherboard itself. Alternatively, you can use software like CPU-Z to check without opening up your computer.
Also, since you're using AT&T for your router, make sure it's positioned well away from walls or electronic devices that could interfere with the signal.

USB WiFi adapters can be less reliable than the built-in options on motherboards. What you might want to do is check your router and motherboard model to see if there are better connection options available.
