Help! My Windows 11 is a Mess After Trying to Clean Up My Computer

So, I recently tried to clean up my laptop, a Predator Helios 16 running Windows 11, and now I'm facing some serious issues. Every time I click the Start menu, I get the spinning wheel of doom, and it disappears right after. Even attempts to access settings through the search bar or right-clicking the Start button lead to a blank window that just closes immediately. I think I might've deleted some important files by mistake. I went as far as trying a factory reset from the reboot menu, and despite not deleting personal files, it's still not fixing the problem. I'm also having trouble logging into OneDrive, with this error message popping up:

# Correlation Id: f707292d-58d9-40b2-ab6f-6541ebf38711

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, just a heads up for next time—always back up your files before making major changes to your system. It could save you a lot of headaches! But for now, focus on the reinstall. It should help get things back on track.

It sounds like you might've deleted some crucial system files. I suggest downloading the Windows ISO from Microsoft's official site. You can reinstall Windows over your current installation and choose to keep your files. This could recover the functionality without wiping everything. Make sure to select the option to keep your apps and data during the setup!

One way to fix this is to reinstall Windows using a USB stick. It's like starting fresh! Just download the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's site, create a bootable USB, and follow the prompts to install it. During installation, you’ll usually get an option to keep your files, so you won’t lose anything important. Just remember, after the install, be sure to delete the Windows.old folder on the C: drive to free up space.

That sounds like a good plan! How exactly do I create that bootable USB again?
