I'm having a tough time resetting my Windows 10 PC. Whenever I try to do a system restore, it gives me an error saying, 'there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made.' I've already tried a bunch of things, like uninstalling large programs, checking for corrupt files, and running a virus scan. I'm on the latest updates. I ran some commands like DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and chkdsk C: /r /scan. My custom-built tower from 2019 has plenty of disk space, particularly on a Samsung 970 EVO 500GB SSD that still has around 200GB free. But every time I try to reset my PC, it doesn't work! It forces me into a local reset instead of allowing a cloud reset and just won't budge. Also, I ordered a 16GB hard drive that should arrive tomorrow. Any pointers on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

One option you might want to try is creating a bootable Windows USB drive. You can download the Windows ISO and use a tool like Rufus to put it on a flash drive. Once that's done, boot from the USB and choose the option to format your drive completely before reinstalling. This usually clears up a lot of issues. Just make sure to back up any important files before you proceed with the formatting!
How do I completely format my drive? Where do I install the Windows ISO?
