I'm having a frustrating issue with my Windows 10 PC. Whenever I try to do a system reset, I get an error saying, "there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I've already tried a bunch of things, like uninstalling large programs and checking for corrupt files. I also ran a virus scan, but nothing seems to work. My PC is a custom built tower from 2019, and I'm running the latest updates.
I've executed several commands like DISM and chkdsk without any luck. I have a Samsung 970 EVO 500GB SSD with around 200GB free space, so disk space shouldn't be an issue. Whenever I attempt to reset, it forces a local reset instead of using the cloud option and just doesn't go through. I also ordered a 16GB hard drive that should arrive tomorrow. If anyone has any tips or solutions, I'd appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Before that, make sure to back up any important files, as formatting will erase everything! You can install the ISO by selecting the drive when prompted. Just follow the on-screen instructions, and choose to format your primary drive when given the option!
You might want to try creating a Windows installation flash drive. Download the Windows ISO and use a tool like Rufus to put it on the drive. Once done, boot from that drive and choose to format your SSD. This way, you can perform a clean install of Windows. It should help clear up the reset issue you're having!
That sounds good! How exactly do I format the drive during the install process?
