Help! My Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is Stuck in a Boot Loop and I Need to Recover Important Videos!

I'm having a serious problem with my Xiaomi Mi Pad 5, which I bought back in 2021. It first got stuck in a boot loop a year ago, and despite trying every fix I could find and taking it to various technicians, nothing worked without deleting my data. Eventually, I just let them reload a new ROM since my data wasn't crucial at that time. Fast forward to today, I was trying to screen record a clip, it didn't save because the tablet was lagging, so I restarted it. Now it's stuck in a boot loop again! This time, I have lots of important files on it – especially some cherished videos with my ex-girlfriend that I didn't back up. Those are absolutely irreplaceable.

Here are some specifics:
1. I was screen recording and had about 2.5GB of space free when I restarted.
2. There had been some glitching when accessing the home screen beforehand.
3. Previously, I could get in briefly to check my gallery; now it only shows the home screen for a second.
4. I get to a recovery screen with options like Reboot and clear data, but nothing fixes the boot loop. USB debugging was off, so my laptop doesn't recognize the device.
5. I've tried all sorts of button combinations and tools but nothing seems to work.
6. My warranty has expired and the local services are limited; I might have to travel to a bigger city for help.
