I'm having a serious problem with my Xiaomi Mi Pad 5, which I bought back in 2021. It first got stuck in a boot loop a year ago, and despite trying every fix I could find and taking it to various technicians, nothing worked without deleting my data. Eventually, I just let them reload a new ROM since my data wasn't crucial at that time. Fast forward to today, I was trying to screen record a clip, it didn't save because the tablet was lagging, so I restarted it. Now it's stuck in a boot loop again! This time, I have lots of important files on it – especially some cherished videos with my ex-girlfriend that I didn't back up. Those are absolutely irreplaceable.
Here are some specifics:
1. I was screen recording and had about 2.5GB of space free when I restarted.
2. There had been some glitching when accessing the home screen beforehand.
3. Previously, I could get in briefly to check my gallery; now it only shows the home screen for a second.
4. I get to a recovery screen with options like Reboot and clear data, but nothing fixes the boot loop. USB debugging was off, so my laptop doesn't recognize the device.
5. I've tried all sorts of button combinations and tools but nothing seems to work.
6. My warranty has expired and the local services are limited; I might have to travel to a bigger city for help.
I'm truly heartbroken, feeling lost about how to recover this data. If anyone knows of any solutions or services that specialize in this situation, please let me know; I need to save these videos!

It sounds like a real mess you're in. If local services haven't helped and you don't want to lose your data, sending it to a professional recovery company might be your best bet. Just keep in mind it could get costly and there's no guarantee they'll retrieve everything.
Best of luck! I hope you can get your videos back!
I really feel for you! It must be super frustrating to have gone through this before. Since USB debugging is off, connecting it to a computer might not help much right now. If you can’t find a local fix, you might want to look into recovery services even if they are a bit pricey. You could take a chance on one of the bigger companies that specialize in data recovery to see if they can help.
