Help Needed: Frequent Crashes on New PC Build

I'm having some trouble with my new computer build and I'm hoping to get some advice. Here's what I'm working with:

- **Motherboard**: Asus TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI
- **CPU**: Intel Core Ultra 9 285K
- **PSU**: CORSAIR RM1000e 80 PLUS Gold
- **Memory**: CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz
- **SSD**: Samsung 990 PRO 1TB

I've removed the graphics card and am using the integrated graphics, but the crashing still occurs. My PC tends to crash within 30 to 60 minutes of cold start, often crashing more quickly after the first crash. I've monitored the temperatures and they seem fine, with the CPU not exceeding 31 degrees C and the CPU package at 42 degrees C.

The crashes generate various errors, including IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, KERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION, and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA.

I've run MemTest86 with no issues after testing each thread, and Prime95 raised the CPU to 75 degrees C without crashing. I have been able to crash the system using OCCT in various tests but couldn't pinpoint a consistent issue. I also reinstalled the OS and tried a new OS image, but that hasn't resolved anything. I'm feeling stuck and would appreciate any ideas for further diagnosis!

Even though you've tested the RAM, it’s worth trying each stick individually to rule out problems. Also, make sure you double-check the power connections on the motherboard; sometimes they can look seated but actually need a better connection.

First thing to check is whether you've enabled XMP or any overclocking features. If so, try disabling those and then rerunning OCCT. Also, don't forget to update your BIOS and drivers to the latest versions; that might help, too!

Did you check for any BIOS updates? I had similar crashing issues once and a BIOS update improved memory compatibility, which solved my problems.

Given the memory errors you're experiencing, I suspect it might be an issue with the RAM. Try removing one stick and see if the crashes persist. If it runs fine with one, you can pin down the faulty one. Also, check that your motherboard power connection is secure; sometimes reseating it can help.
