Help Needed: Issues After Upgrading GPU and PSU

I recently upgraded my pre-built PC by replacing the GPU and PSU. I had a 3060 Ti with a 550W 80 Bronze PSU, and I upgraded to a 5060 Ti with a 750W 80 Bronze PSU. On the first boot, everything seemed fine, and I installed the necessary NVIDIA drivers. My applications like Discord, Opera, and Clip Studio Paint worked fine with my Huion drawing tablet. However, when I tried to launch Avatar Pandora through Steam, the game crashed. The second attempt resulted in the game getting stuck at 43% during loading. I tried to open the NVIDIA app to check the drivers again, but my screens started flashing black and showing numerous Huion driver pop-ups. I panicked and shut down the PC. Now, when I reboot, Discord freezes, my graphics tablet only registers the lasso tool, the NVIDIA control panel doesn't load, and Steam is unresponsive, although Opera GX works occasionally. Spotify is functioning, and the PC is connected to Wi-Fi. Any suggestions on how to solve this? I'm even considering a factory reset of my C drive, but this is my first time upgrading, so I'm unsure.

It's also worth checking if the card is seated correctly in the PCIe slot. If it's loose, that could lead to these crashes. And make sure you're using the right drivers for the new GPU!

Did you check if all the cables from the new PSU are properly connected? Sometimes loose connections can cause issues, especially with power-hungry components like a new GPU.

If you haven't already, try booting in safe mode to troubleshoot. That might help you figure out if it's a driver issue or something else. Factory resetting sounds extreme; let's see if we can fix it first!
