I'm having trouble with my 5060 Ti graphics card since updating to version 595.59. None of the fans seem to be working at all—I've tried uninstalling it using DDU and rolled back to version 576.80, but the fans still won't spin. The only time they work is when I'm in safe mode. I'm really desperate for a fix here, any suggestions?

It might be that Nvidia enabled a zero RPM mode by accident. This feature can keep fans off when the GPU is cool, but if they're not kicking in after you boot Windows, that's not good. Do you have any monitoring software that could help? Also, check your BIOS settings to see if there's anything in there affecting fan control.
So it sounds like your fans aren’t spinning at all, even during gaming? If they usually spin at idle but kick in during gaming, that can be normal. However, if they're completely off, that’s a different issue. Have you checked if any software settings might have disabled them?
