Help Needed: My New CPU is Showing a Red LED After Just 3 Days!

I recently built my first PC, and everything was running smoothly for three days. However, while I was gaming, the system suddenly shut down. Now, when I try to power it on, the CPU LED is constantly red, and the DRAM light is flashing. All the fans are working, but there's no display. I've applied thermal paste but haven't overclocked or adjusted any BIOS fan settings. Is there any way to fix this issue, or does this mean my CPU is likely dead? Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, Silentware Titan Performance, 16GB Palit GeForce RTX 5060 Ti, Endorfy Ventum 200 case, 850 Watt MSI MPG power supply, 64GB Patriot Viper DDR5 RAM, and ASRock B650 Steel Legend motherboard. Any advice?

Sometimes, just unplugging the power for a little while helps reset things. Give it a try and see if that fixes the issue!

There are reports about ASRock motherboards having issues, especially with higher-end chips. It might be worth checking out some YouTube videos from channels like GamersNexus or Jayztwocents to see if they discuss something similar to your problem.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? It’s a good idea to reseat the RAM, check all your power connections, and even take a look at the CPU for any visible damage. It’s possible something got loose or damaged during initial use. What have you done so far?

I haven't tried much yet. I’ll start with reseating the RAM and checking the connections. Thanks for the tips!

Make sure to check your motherboard manual for any specific LED light codes. That might give you more insight into what’s going on with your CPU situation.
