Help Needed: My PC Keeps Crashing Randomly, Any Ideas?

I've been dealing with these frustrating PC crashes since January 21st, and I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out the cause. The first incident happened while I was playing Fortnite, which was unusual for me, but I brushed it off as a one-off problem. Since then, my PC has been crashing intermittently during both intensive gaming and light tasks, like working on Google Sheets while using Discord and Spotify.

The crashes are odd because my PC freezes for about 15 seconds before shutting down completely. Afterward, the reboot process is strange and only gets me to a blue screen. The only way I've been able to start it up again is by turning off the power supply and letting it rest for 30-40 minutes or booting from a restore point.

I've conducted several tests with a friend but haven't pinpointed the issue. I've ruled out overheating, updated the BIOS, checked for software issues, and even reinstalled my GPU drivers, since I found an error related to them. My RAM passed a memtest, and I've done checks on my SSD and HDD with no issues.

The only culprit I haven't assessed yet is my PSU, which seems like it could likely be causing the problem. I'm hesitant to reinstall Windows as I really don't want to go through that hassle if it doesn't resolve my issue. Here are my PC specs for reference.

It sounds like you might be facing a hardware issue here. Either the motherboard has failing capacitors or there could be a problem with your power supply. It's worth checking your components.

Is there a specific test I can run to determine if the motherboard is failing? I actually have a spare motherboard from a previous build that I could use.
