Hey everyone! I've got a dual monitor setup now, with my old MSI 1920x1080 monitor and a new GALAX 2560x1440 monitor as my primary. Since I connected the new monitor, my PC started acting up — apps like Discord won't run well, and games are crashing unexpectedly. I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshoot this and what components I might need to upgrade or change in my setup. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Also, I've been considering an upgrade anyway, but I'm unsure which CPU and RAM would be best. Thanks!

It’s strange that switching monitors would cause these problems. Have you tried going back to your old monitor to see if the issues disappear? Also, maybe set the new monitor to 1920x1080 and see if that helps? Just a thought!
I haven't tried that yet, but it's good to know! The issues tend to come and go on their own. Yesterday I was in a Discord voice chat, and when I launched Fortnite, both my headset and voice chat ended up lagging. I had to reinstall the drivers since it was the first time something like this happened. I’ll definitely try your suggestions and let you know how it goes!
