It sounds like you might be dealing with some serious BIOS or hardware-level problems. Have you tried resetting the BIOS to default settings? Additionally, if you have another device, you could create a bootable USB drive using the Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, which sometimes resolves installation issues.
Are you using the original Windows ISO from Microsoft or the specific one from Lenovo? I only ever use the Lenovo Windows installer for my laptop because it works better for me.
