Help Needed: UPS WorldShip Label Printing Issues

Hey everyone! I just started my first job as a Junior Network Administrator and I'm enjoying the experience so far. However, I've hit a snag with our UPS WorldShip system on one of our shipping computers. It seems that before I got here, a change was made by someone in IT, and now the shipping labels won't print properly. I've done a bit of digging and found that someone else had a similar problem on Reddit, but it never got solved. I'm hesitant to reach out to UPS support since I know it can be tricky, so I'd appreciate any tips or insights if you've faced something like this before.

Check your printer settings to ensure it's using perforated paper, which is necessary for printing the labels properly. If you take a screenshot of your setup, you can identify any issues more easily.

This was the fix! It needed to be set up for perforated paper. Thanks a ton for the help!

Giving UPS support a shot might be worth it, just make sure to block off some time for the call; they can be a bit slow, but they're usually helpful.

Can you specify what kind of change was made? Are you getting any errors when trying to print, or is the label just coming out blank?
