I'm having a tough time with my Micros 3700 POS system. The control panel indicates that everything is online, but my terminals are stuck in offline mode, and the Kitchen Display System (KDS) isn't functioning. The only error message I'm receiving is related to GSS, stating "can't open recordset. Table or query is invalid. Error initializing COM interface." I've been troubleshooting for about 6 hours without success and could really use some guidance!

You might want to check out the Micros Facebook group—lots of experts hanging out there! Also, did you try rebooting your server? By the way, I’m really glad we moved to Simphony Cloud; I had enough of RES 3700!

I rebooted everything, including the server, but no luck so far. My tech is being stubborn and won’t come out since it's a long weekend! I’m fine with updates, but the monthly fee for it being a SaaS is tough to handle.
