Hey everyone! I built my first PC recently and was really excited when Windows installed successfully. However, just a few minutes after booting up, I encountered a kernel security failure and got a blue screen. Now, my PC is stuck in an endless boot loop, and the only thing I can access is the BIOS. I can't even get back to my Windows installation to reinstall or repair it. I'm really at my wit's end here and would love any guidance you can offer. Thanks so much!

When you try to boot from the USB, what error do you get? You could try removing all other drives, as it might force the system to boot from the USB. Just keep in mind that you won't be able to install Windows yet—it's just for testing.

You mentioned your motherboard is x870e Aorus. That's good to know! Sometimes issues like this can be tied to specific hardware. Make sure all your connections are good and check if there's a BIOS update available that might resolve compatibility issues.

I feel you; boot loops are frustrating! When attempting to boot normally, you've encountered "BlInitializedlibrary failed 0xc000000a." This is a pretty uncommon error that could suggest a BIOS problem. You might want to consider updating your BIOS to the latest version available.

To troubleshoot the BSOD, we need some crash logs. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find them, compress the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. If you don't have any dump files, follow this guide to set up Small Memory Dumps instead. This will help us analyze the issue better!
