Help! New RAM Installed but My Monitor Won’t Show a Signal

I recently installed some new RAM, specifically Silicon Power 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 3200, into my PC that has a B450M-HDV motherboard. At first, my monitor was displaying some weird flashing colors when I booted it up. After that, it just showed 'no signal.' I've tried several troubleshooting steps: I've reset the CMOS by removing the battery, reinstalled my old RAM, and even taken out and reinserted my GPU, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling pretty stuck right now! Here's a link to my setup, it's almost the same but I've upgraded to a 5070Ti.

It sounds like the RAM might be faulty or maybe not properly seated. Have you tried booting up with just your old RAM? Sometimes mixing old and new RAM in different slots can cause issues too.

Yeah, I put the old RAM back in, but I still got no signal. I’ve tried it in all combinations possible with the RAM slots, but no luck.

Check for error lights on your motherboard; those can indicate if something’s wrong. The B450M typically has some indicators that might help you pinpoint the issue.

I think the green light near the bottom left is on, but I’m not really sure what that means. Could it be related to the RAM?
