Help! No Internet Access Despite Troubleshooting Everything

I woke up yesterday and found that my internet was down on my PC, even though it was working perfectly the night before. It keeps switching between showing that it's connected and indicating there's no internet access. Even when it's connected, apps like Steam and Google won't load. I've tried all kinds of troubleshooting: restarting my PC, rebooting the router and modem, running network adapter troubleshooting, resetting network adapters, rolling back drivers using Device Manager, ensuring my IP config is set to automatic, running commands like netsh winsock reset, and flushing DNS. I even installed a new WiFi card and antenna and downloaded the drivers, thinking the ethernet might be faulty. Unfortunately, I'm still having the same issue with the WiFi, and I even tried using my phone's hotspot, but nothing works. I'm really stuck here, and it's starting to feel like my only option might be to buy a new PC. Any advice or potential solutions? I think it could be a problem between the network and my computer since other devices connect just fine. Let me know if you need any more info to help!

You might want to try clearing your DNS settings again. I know you said you've done this, but sometimes Windows still throws a "DNS server isn’t responding" error. After a restart, check if it’s set correctly again just in case!

Yes, I did clear it, but I keep getting that DNS error after restarts.

Have you checked your router? Sometimes rebooting can help, but if that's already done, it might be a Windows issue. You could try resetting your operating system if the TCP/IP reset didn’t work. Also, make sure there's no firewall interfering and scan for any malware or viruses just to be safe!

I've rebooted the router multiple times. I also mentioned I disabled the Windows firewall and scanned for malware.
