I updated our VPN certificate recently, and everything seems to be working fine for everyone, including myself and my team. However, there's one user who experiences issues after their PC went to sleep. When they try to reconnect, they receive an error stating "The security certificate for this site has been revoked. This site should not be trusted." I've done all the standard checks: the network is fine, they can ping the address, and they can access the web portal where the certificate shows as valid. I've also updated the client, performed a complete network reset, and cleared the SSL cache, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions on what else to try? For context, we're using Forticlient version 7.4.0.1658.

It might sound odd, but check if there's an Adobe certificate installed on that user's machine and remove it. I've seen it create a lot of problems with Forticlient VPN.
Could there be an expired certificate on the user's local machine? It's worth checking the cert store to see if anything stands out.
Make sure the system time is set correctly. Sometimes a simple time discrepancy can lead to certificate issues.
The system time matches the domain controller, so no issues there.
I checked the certificate store for both user and computer, but I didn't find anything unusual. The cert is from GoDaddy; could it be that the GoDaddy trusted root has expired on their machine?
