Help! Powershell or CMD keeps popping up randomly on my PC

I'm having an issue where a program called "onechecker" keeps opening either Powershell or the CMD prompt on its own—usually about every hour or so. I've been using LastActivityView to check what's going on, but I can't locate the Onechecker file anywhere in my programs. I recently dealt with a browser hijacker, and this random popping up started around the time I fixed that, so I'm concerned it might be related to that. Could it possibly be a cookie logger or something similar?

Sounds like a malware issue. You should keep running scans with your anti-malware tools to catch any rogue programs. Sometimes, these nuisances hide really well. Don't forget to check your startup programs too, just in case!

I ran a full scan with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes, but they didn’t find anything. Just to be safe, I’ll scan again with Windows Defender.
