Hey everyone, I need some help with a really frustrating issue. I was updating Windows and my GPU simultaneously, and I think the GPU update finished while the PC restarted, which caused a problem. Now my computer keeps blue screening randomly! I've searched online for solutions and even fully restored my PC three times, but the problem persists. I'm also willing to pay someone to help me fix this since my PC is only a year old and has decent specs. I've attached a link to my MiniDump files for anyone who can assist! Just curious, if this is a software issue, wouldn't restoring the PC solve it?
Another thing to try is uninstalling the Gigabyte Control Center. Sometimes those software utilities can cause conflicts. Restart your PC after the uninstall and see if the crashes continue. Let us know how that goes!
Will do! Thanks for the response, it's the weirdest thing.
It sounds like you really need those dump files to analyze the BSODs. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any files there. If you find any, zip them up and upload them to a file-sharing site that works. Multiple dumps can help diagnose the issue better. Also, ensure your dump settings are correct; change to a Small Memory Dump if you haven’t already. Good luck!
Update: I tried uninstalling it, but still getting the DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (0x9F).
