I've been having an issue with my laptop keyboard where several keys have stopped functioning. It started with the Tab key, and now the arrow keys aren't responding either. I've tried cleaning the keys, but there wasn't much dirt, and I've also reinstalled the drivers. I've never dropped the laptop or anything like that, so I'm really not sure what's going on.

Have you tried to check if the arrow keys work in BIOS? Sometimes that can help determine if it's a hardware or software issue.
It might be a damaged flat ribbon cable or a loose connection on the motherboard. That could cause intermittent issues with your keys.
How old is your laptop? If it's around 2 to 3 years old, it might be worth looking into replacing the keyboard. You could do it yourself, but if you’re not comfortable taking it apart, just take it to a repair shop. They can handle it for you.
