Help! Stuck in a BIOS Loop When Trying to Install Windows

I'm a newbie at building PCs, and I'm currently facing a frustrating issue. Everything seems to be functioning well; everything is visible in the BIOS, the fans are running smoothly, and the CPU is fine. However, I'm struggling to install Windows. I created a bootable USB using the Media Creation Tool, but every time I boot up the PC, it just goes back to the BIOS. I checked the boot sequence and set it to boot from the USB, but even after restarting and saving those settings, it still goes back to the BIOS. I've also tried resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and making sure the CPU and RAM are secure and properly seated, but the problem persists. Here's a rundown of my components: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, ASUS ROG STRIX X870-A GAMING WIFI motherboard, SAMSUNG 990 PRO SSD, Seagate BarraCuda HDD, and XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. Any advice would be appreciated by this PC-building noob!

It sounds like your boot USB might be the issue. I recommend trying to create the boot USB again, but this time use a different USB stick if you have one. Also, consider using Rufus to create the bootable USB instead—it’s a solid tool for this. There are plenty of helpful YouTube tutorials on how to use it, so you should be able to follow along easily.

I’ve never used Rufus before, so I’m a bit hesitant to try it without some guidance.
