Help! Suddenly Lost Access to Azure Support and Can’t Deploy Databases

I'm in a tricky spot right now and really need some advice. We're facing a huge issue with our Azure Subscription support. I was trying to deploy an Azure Databases for PostgreSQL instance, but it hung for 20 minutes, and after cancelling, the re-deployment failed due to a conflict. When I attempted to create the database directly from the PostgreSQL page, I was hit with a message saying our subscription can't deploy into our region.

That's when I tried to submit a support ticket only to find out that our support tier had dropped from Developer to Basic. Now we can't submit any tickets, and we only have two admins on our portal, neither of whom changed this. The only recent change was applying for Founders credits, which created a new sponsored subscription and should not have affected our existing support.

I've been the owner of this subscription for years without issues until now. It feels like a major oversight, and I have no contact for support to resolve this. I'm becoming desperate as this database deployment is mission-critical and needs to be completed today. I can't seem to upgrade our support tier either; it just tells me I lack the permissions, which is bizarre since I'm the owner. Any thoughts on how this happened or how I can fix it? Also, are there any contacts I can reach out to for help?

This might be a long shot, but I've run into a similar issue before. I had some deployment issues right after changing a user status from external to internal. What helped me was logging out and then back into the Azure portal—it fixed the access issues I was facing. Sometimes, authentication conflicts can happen after certain changes, especially if you haven't refreshed your login since then. Hope this helps! Good luck!

Thanks for the reply! When you say 'blowing out my credentials,' what exactly do you mean? I want to make sure I try the right steps.
