Help with 8 Beeps After Enabling Secure Boot on Biostar H310MHG

I'm trying to set up Windows 11, which requires Secure Boot to be enabled. I ran into a problem last time I attempted this two years ago, and guess what—I'm hitting the same snag again. Here's what I've done so far:

- Converted my Windows SSD from MBR to GPT.
- In the BIOS, I set the boot mode to "UEFI and Legacy" and enabled CSM Support. It initially seemed fine, except I noticed this odd flickering rectangle of green, red, and white pixels at startup.
- When I tried to enable Secure Boot, I got an error saying I was in "Setup Mode" instead of "User Mode." Following some online advice, I restored the default factory keys for the PK and disabled CSM Support since Secure Boot won't work with it on. Everything saved normally, but the next restart went south.
- I ended up with a black screen and a series of 8 beeps from the motherboard, and I can't get past that. Last time, clearing the CMOS seemed to help me out; I'm thinking of trying that again.

So, how do I tackle this? I'm also curious about why I'm having trouble enabling Secure Boot and how to do it without running into these boot issues.

Here's my setup:
- Motherboard: Biostar H310MHG
- CPU: Intel Core i3-9100
- GPU: AMD RX 580 8GB
- RAM: 16GB

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The 8 beeps usually indicate a GPU issue. You might want to try removing your graphics card and switching to integrated graphics. Connect your monitor directly to the motherboard's HDMI port, then enter BIOS and disable CSM/Legacy Boot. After that, enable Secure Boot and UEFI, install Windows 11 from there, and reinstall your GPU afterwards. That should help!

So you're saying there's a chance the issue could still pop up even after installing Windows 11 and then putting the graphics card back? I’ve got an OS already on my computer, but it won't boot after making these changes. I was considering an In-Place Upgrade instead.
