I've been trying to install Arch Linux on UTM using my Mac M1, but I keep running into various errors. Does anyone have advice on how to get through this?

Installing Arch on a Mac can be tricky, especially since the M1 is ARM-based. Make sure you're using the correct architecture, like aarch64 or Asahi Linux. And just a heads up, starting with Arch can feel overwhelming for beginners—it's like trying to drive a car without any practice!
It sounds like you need to provide more details about the errors you're encountering. Are they happening in the Arch Linux environment, UTM's interface, or during installation? If you have any screenshots or specific error messages, that would really help others assist you better!
I've tried a few different versions of Arch Linux and they all have different issues. Usually, the main problem occurs right after I set up the virtual machine and start it; I just get a blank screen with nothing else. Here's a screenshot of what I'm seeing: [screenshot link]
I get what you mean about learning on the job. I believe trying it out in a VM is actually a smart way to learn, so don't worry too much about the skeptics!
