Help with BSOD and Graphic Card Issues in Windows 11

I was just watching YouTube when my computer froze and I got a blue screen of death (BSOD) with a code I've encountered before. After rebooting, Windows loaded, but the screen looked odd and I couldn't access Google or other applications. In Device Manager, my RTX 2060 graphics card had a warning sign, indicating some error that caused it to shut down. I've been using this card for years without issues. After a few reboots, I got the 0xc000021a error and now I can't boot into Windows at all. I tried the automatic repair option, but it just hung there for over 30 minutes. I created a USB with the Windows 11 setup, but nothing works. Also, my motherboard's LED is green, signaling a potential issue with either the DRAM or graphics card, and my graphics card feels unusually hot, which is concerning. Any advice?

To solve your issue, you might want to retrieve your dump files for a better understanding of the BSOD. If you can access Windows or even Safe Mode, check the path C:WindowsMinidump for any files. If you find some, zip the folder and upload it to a file sharing site like mediafire.com or catbox.moe. Getting multiple dump files can really help diagnose the problem more accurately. If you need to, follow a guide to ensure you're capturing the right data.

It sounds like you could be facing a hardware issue between your DRAM and graphics card. If your motherboard has separate LED indicators, could you share a picture of them? From what I know about the Asus ROG B450F, a green LED may mean it can't find the boot device, which could indicate disk problems alongside your BSOD. Just curious if you’ve seen any other warnings or lights!

Sure, here’s a pic of the LED indicators. I eventually managed to fix my boot issue by switching out my RAM, but I'm still worried about my graphics card since it’s running overheated for some reason even when I'm not using it heavily. Right now, it just keeps getting stuck on automatic repair.
