Help with Copilot 365 Access Issues

I'm starting to test Copilot 365 within my company, and I have a bit of a mystery on my hands. One of the users in my test group has the same permissions and settings as everyone else, and she's confirmed that her license is active. However, she can't seem to get Copilot to access her Outlook account, and it's also not working in OWA (Outlook Web App) for her. It's puzzling because all her configurations match the other users. On top of that, she doesn't even see the Work/Web tab at the top in Copilot. Any suggestions on how we could resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for your help!

It might also help to double-check if her account has been fully set up in the backend. Sometimes, even minor settings can throw things off. And if she's still stuck, it could be worth reaching out to support for a deeper look into her account.

Sometimes it takes a few days for Copilot to show up in your experience. Don't expect immediate access—it might take some time for everything to get indexed for functionalities like Outlook and SharePoint. Just hang tight for a bit!
