Hey everyone! I've been running into this annoying issue where my PC keeps crashing with a BSOD that says 'IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL'. This usually happens about 20 minutes into using my computer, especially when I'm playing games like Genshin Impact or Endfield. I'm totally new to tech stuff, so I really appreciate any guidance you can give me! Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this?

First things first, make sure to install the latest AMD B550 Chipset Drivers. You can grab them directly from the AMD website (just focus on the chipset drivers, don’t bother with the RAID drivers as they might cause issues on some systems). Also, I recommend uninstalling the Gigabyte Control Center, and then restart your PC to see if that stops the crashes.

To properly analyze the BSOD issues, you'll need to collect dump files, which are the crash logs from the BSOD. If you can boot into Windows normally or through Safe Mode, check the folder C:WindowsMinidump for any files. If you find any dump files, copy that folder to your desktop, zip it up, and upload it to a file sharing site. If you don't have zip software, you can right-click the folder and select 'Send to' -> 'Compressed (Zipped) folder'. Having multiple dump files helps in diagnosing the problem better.
